Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

I, David Clark of West River Pictou, do make this my last Will and Testament as follows that is to say,

First , that my just debts be paid.

2nd. I will to my son William I. the once acre and three quarters specified in my deed fro Thomas Rogers with the buildings, the use of the Roade from e barn to the main roade Provided he keep A gate on the end near the Barn.

3rd. I will and bequeath to my Beloved wife Elisabeth the Farmhouse Barns and outhouses farming implements wagons truck wagon, Carts harness Sleigh and Sleds with all the tools that may Be on m y estate of which I may die Possessing.

4th. I will wife Elisabeth give to my children Bethia David Daniel Martha what she can and as far as possible what they need.

5th. If Ernest stops with his mother and make it a comfortable home for her and all mu unmarried children it is my wish that he should have the farm with all that is on it.

6th. I nominate and appoint my wife Elisabeth and Daniel Stewart Executrix and Executors of this my last Will and testament.

 

 

In witnefs whereof I have Hereunto Set my hand Seal Subscribed and Set this Sixth day of June in the year of Our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Six.
