Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Robert Sutherland of Barney's River County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia knowing the uncertainty of time, I now on this the fourth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty do make this my last Will and Testament.

I trust my Soul to God who gave it and my body to the dust.

I give and bequeath my son Alexander the property on which I now reside also the lot of land I bought from Adam McKenzie, Esqr. and also my two horses Four cows and twenty two sheep, Riding Wagon Riding Sleigh and all the farming utensils, also my household effects.

I give and bequeath to my sister Jane the red cow.

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Jane the black cow.

I give and bequeath to my son Daniel one Dollar.

I give and bequeath to my son William fifteen Dollars.
