Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last will and testament of William Cameron of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Blacksmith. After payment of all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property to my beloved wife Ellen Cameron to be held by her during her life time and after her death to be sold and the proceeds divided equally between my daughters namely, Cecelia, Christy, Ellen Catherine Jane and Josephine or the Survivors of them or the whole to be **** the survivors of them if only one of my said daughters should be living at the death of my said wife Should my said wife and my said daughters or the survivors of them want to sell the said property previous to the death of my said wife they can do so by mutual agreement in writing signed by my said wife and my said daughters or the survivors of them and the proceeds of such sale to be divided equally between my said wife and my said daughters or the survivors of them.
My said wife is to furnish a house for my said daughters or the survivors of them as long as they remain unmarried and wish to live with her on the said property. After the death of my said wife should my said daughters or the survivors of them mutually agree not to sell the said property they may occupy it or otherwise divide it between themselves as they may.
I nominate and appoint William Fraser of New Glashow Postmaster Executor of this my Will and testament
In witness whereof I the said William Cameron the Testator to this my last will and Testament in this and the preceding sheet of paper set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety six

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Cameron late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Blacksmith deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 16th. day of October 1906.
