I Peter Sutherland of Bridgeville County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound and disposing mind make this my last Will.
I give device and bequeath my estate Real and personal as follows that is to say Mary my wife.
I appoint John Mc Donald (Roy) Bridgeville County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia (Farmer) Executor of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have signed and sealed published and declared this instrument as my Will at Bridgeville County and Province aforesaid this fifth day of August 1907.

The said Peter Sutherland at said place on said day signed and sealed this Instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names ias subscribing witnesses

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Peter Sutherland late of Bridgeville in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 29th. day of August 1907.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 29th. day of August 1907.
