This is the last Will and Testament of me Hector Sutherland of Mill Brook in the County of Pictou, Farmer.

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of whatsoever kind and description and wheresoever situate unto my wife Maria Sutherland her heirs and assigns forever absolutely and

I hereby appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last Will.

In witness whereof I have set my hand this 19^th day of December A.D., 1907.
