Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of Daniel Sutherland of Churchville in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer

1^st. I hereby direct my executors hereinafter appointed to pay my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

2^nd.  I will devise and bequeath to Catherine Sutherland Marion Sutherland my sisters who are living with me all my real estate and personal property in equal shares absolutely and forever and after the decease of either one of them what will then exist of her share will become the property of and be owned by the survivor for her own use forever.

3^rd. I appoint Robert S. Robertson of Churchville and Daniel Sutherland of Mountville as my executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 18^th. day of November Ad 1904.
