Will of James W. Cameron, deceased
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I James W Cameron of Stellarton in the County of Pictou, Brick maker do hereby make and publish my last will and testament at the same revoking any former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give devise and bequeath to the Young Mens Christian association of Stellarton aforesaid the sum of four thousand dollars to be used for the purpose of erecting or paying for a building for the use of the said association at said Stellarton,
2 The residue of my estate both real and personal after paying the above bequest I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Marion Cameron and my son Clarence W Cameron and their heirs forever share and share alike
3 I hereby appoint George McIntosh of said Stellarton Merchant and G Ray of the same place Clerk the Executors of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this Seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two

This is a Codicil to the last will and Testament of we the undersigned James W Cameron which said will bears date - January 7th 1902. In addition to the bequest contained in paragraph one of said will I hereby further devise and bequeath to the Young Men's Christian association of Stellarton that lot of land situate at the corner of Main Street Stellarton and Acadia Avenue purchased by me from Dm** R Hoare to have and to hold the same with said association its successors and assigns for their uses and purposes thereof. In all other respects I confirm my said will

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing papers are true and correct copies of the of the last Will and Testament also Codicil therein of James W Cameron late of Stellarton County of Pictou, Brick maker, deceased, which said will and codicil were duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 23 day of September AD 1902 at Pictou in said County.
