Will of Charlotte Sullivan, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Charlotte Sullivan of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow do make this my Last Will and Testament.

First. I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Sarah A McInnis of New Glasgow the house and lot on the corner of Albion and Blair Streets West side New Glasgow and being 49 feet on Albion Street and 47 feet on Blair Street and being the western part of the lot now occupied by me on West Side New Glasgow.

Second, I also give devise and bequeath to George G. Sullivan also of West side New Glasgow the eastern end and remainder of said lot, the division line between the two lots to be run parallel to and with Albion Street.

Third, and I do nominate and appoint my daughter the said Sarah A McInnis the sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the testatrix have hereunto set my hand and Seal this ninth day of December AD 1902.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Charlotte Sullivan late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 10^th. day of April AD 1909.
