Estate of Mary Stramberg late of River John, Widow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

River John January 30th. 1894

The last Will and Testament of Mrs. Mary Stramberg Widdow.

I hereby order and bequeath to the youngest Daughter of my late son John J. Stramberg, Johunia Stramberg by name the sum of twenty dollars to be deposited in the Bank at Interest until she becomes of age.

I hereby order that the Dwelling house I live in and the lot of land which I now occupy be sold as early as convenient and the Proceeds divided between each of my four daughters share and share alike.

I hereby order and bequeath that the money in the Bank of Nova Scotia be also divided between my four daughters after the above Bequest and legitimate expenses are paid.

I hereby appoint James Stramberg Nursery man and John Douglass, Joiner, my administrators to settle my estate satisfactorily.
