Estate of James Stewart of Little Harbor, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, James Stewart of Little Harbor in the County of Pictou, Miller do hereby make and declare this my last Will and Testament revoking any Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give devise and bequeath to the use of my beloved wife Mary during her life all my personal property of whatsoever nature and kind excepting only my piano which I do hereby give and bequeath absolutely to my daughter Janie. To my said wife also I give devise and bequeath all my real estate wheresoever situate for and during the term of her natural life. To my daughter Jessie wife of Alexander grant I give devise and bequeath fifty dollars, to my daughter Agnes twenty five dollars, to my daughter Janie two hundred dollars which three several bequests to my daughters ae each to be charged upon and payable out of my lands, hereinafter devised to my son Clarence P. Stewart.
From and after the decease of my said wife I give devise and bequeath all my personal property of whatsoever nature or kind excepting my piano, and all my real estate wheresoever situate to my said son Clarence P. Stewart his heirs and assigns forever, said real estate however being subject to the payment there out of the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed to my daughters.
I hereby nominate and appoint my said son Clarence P. Stewart executors of this my last Will and testament and I direct him as soon as conveniently may be after my decease to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses.
In witness whereof I have hereto Set my hand and Seal this twenty third day of June A.D. 1897.

Signed by the said testator James Stewart as his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of James Stewart late of Little Harbor, in the County of Pictou, Miller, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 29th. day of October A.D. 1897.
