Will of David Cameron, deceased
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I David Cameron of Thorburn Pictou County Nova Scotia Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and Testament, hereby revoking any former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time before me made.
I hereby appoint D M Findlay McDonald and Fred B Day MD to be the executors of my Will.
I hereby direct my said mentioned executors to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after decease.
I hereby bequeath to my wife Christina Cameron and to my daughter Jessie Cameron the money on deposit in Bank to be divided equally between them.
I hereby devise my house barns and farm on which I now reside (which farm is described in the deed) to my son James Hugh Cameron and to my wife Christina Cameron with equal rights to each and upon the decease of my wife the property aforementioned shall revert absolutely to my son James Hugh Cameron
It is provided that my daughter Jessie Cameron shall always have a home in the above mentioned house should she so desire same and on the occasion of her marriage and of her own free will making her house elsewhere she shall have one cow and four sheep
I hereby devise my property or my share of the property at McLellans Mountain formerly occupied by my father during his life time to my son Joseph Robert Cameron

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is true copy of the last Will and Testament of David Cameron late of Thorburn in said County, deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 20th. day of January AD 1910.
