Last Will and Testament of Donald Stewart Pine Tree Pictou County Nova Scotia
I Donald Stewart Farmer Pine Tree Pictou County Nova Scotia being of sound mind and memory do hereby make this my last Will and Testament.
I bequeath all my personal property consisting of my farm farming implements buildings on the farm, stock to my wife Mrs. Ellen Stewart and to my mother Mrs. Ann Stewart and to my sister Miss Lizzie Stewart which they will hold in common share and share alike and at the death of one of them the property of the deceased will be equally divided among the surviving two, and at the death of the second the whole property will go to the survivor.
After paying my lawful debts with money deposited in the Dominion Savings Bank and Nova Scotia Savings Bank I bequeath the balance to my wife Mrs. Ellen Stewart.
I also make my wife Mrs. Ellen Stewart Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Stewart late of Pine Tree in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 8th. day of July AD 1908.
