Estate of Hannah Smith late of New Glasgow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Smith of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia, Spinster.

First. I give and bequeath to Alexander Smith my son, all my real estate of every kind, situate in New Glasgow and now occupied by me provided however that he pay and discharge all my funeral expenses, and pay and discharge all bills owing y me, also pay legal expenses connected with the winding up of my Estate.

Secondly - I give and bequeath to the said Alexander Smith all my personal property, of every nature and kind.

Thirdly - I hereby nominate and appoint H.V. Jennison Sole Executor of this my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof I have the said Hannah Smith the testator have to this my last Will and testament subscribed m y name this eighth day of January A.D. 1891.
