Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, Jacob Waddle Sippincott of Chelsea in Suffolk County, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, revoking all former wills by me at any time made,

1st. I give devise and bequeath to each of my two nephews, equally, Frank Henry, and Raymond Willard Sippincott of said Chelsea, a certain lot, or parcel of land, situated, partly in two counties, of Colchester, and County of Pictou in Nova Scotia, said lot of land contained about Six (600) hundred acres more or less, and bring the same premises conveyed to me about the year 1870, and described in the Registry of Deeds of the two above named counties, (Colchester and Pictou.)

In witness whereof, I the said Jacob WaddIe Sippincott hereunto Set my hand and Seal this sixth day of April A.D., Eighteen hundred and eighty one.
