Estate of John Sinclair late of New Glasgow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Know all men by these presents that I, John Sinclair of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament as follows,

First. I will and bequeath to my daughter in law Elloner Chisholm now the wife of my son Alexander Pratt Sinclair all my Real Estate, being the farm on which I now reside, together with all the buildings, Outhouses i.e. and every thing in any way appertaining to my said farm for her sole use and benefit, with the following proviso, viz. she the said Elloner Chisholm now the wife of said son Alexander Pratt Sinclair , is to keep and maintain in a respectable and becoming manner my wife jessie during her natural life.

Second. I will and bequeath to my wife Jessie all my personal property foe her Sole use and benefit during her natural life, then the property of my aforesaid daughter in law the wife f my aforesaid son Alexander Pratt Sinclair.

Lastly, I do hereby appoint my son John Robert Sinclair of |New Glasgow executor of this my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof I hereunto Set my hand and Seal this fourth day if April, one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Sinclair late of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Ship Carpenter, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this Sixth day of December A.D. 1879.
