Estate of James Senness late of Fox Brook, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I James Senness of Fox Brook in the County of Pictou, Farmer, make this my last Will.
First I command my Soul the mercy of God through the righteousness of Christ.
Second, I give devise and bequeath my Estate and Property real and personal as follows that is to say,
First my Real Estate to be divided between my two sons James W. Sennefs and John Sennefs. James W. Sennefs to have the north half from Rear to front, John Sennefs to have the south part from Rear to front, personal effects as follows each of my Daughters one Cow each Catherine Grace and Ellen Ann, and also three sheep the remainder of the cattle to be divided between James W. Sennefs and John Sennefs with the exception of one cow which is to be for my wife Mary Sennefs. James W. Sennefs to have the young horse and mowing machine, and John the old one, in consideration of the above property I hereby will and desire that James W. Senness and John Sennefs my sons do keep and provide for their mother my wife boarding and lodging during the term of her natural life, I further will that James W. Sennefs and John Sennefs my sons to provide and assist my son Robert until he arrives at the age of twenty one years when each of them will give him forty Dollars each.
I appoint Alex J. McKay Farmer, of FoxBrook in the County of Pictou, and John Cumming Farmer, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have signed and Sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Fox Brook in the County of Pictou, on the tenth day of November A.D. 1880.

The said James Senness at said place on said day Signed and Sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as an for his last Will. And we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of James Senness late of Fox Brook, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
