Estate of George Severight late of Brookville, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
County of Pictou will devise and bequeath
Know all men by these presents that I George Severight of Brookville in the County of Pictou, Farmer, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
First. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Severight all my Real Estate consisting of about Seventy acres South East of James Severight's farm lot together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging.
Second. I give and devise to Margaret my beloved wife all my personal property consisting of Two horses, and Colt, three cows two heifers two years old, three calves, Eight sheep, mowing machine, one pung, together with all the rest of my personal property to tedious to mention.
Third I ordain and appoint John McPhie Esquire of Springville as Executor do this my last Will and Testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this Twenty fifth day of March, One thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of George Severight late of Brookville, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this fourth.day of May A.D. 1881.
