Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of me Henrietta Lawlor of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow of John Lawlor late of Quebec in the Province of Quebec deceased.
I give devise and bequeath the Dwelling house situated on the property of Joseph McKiel at Cariboo in the County of Pictou, to the said Joseph McKiel for his sole benefit, use, and possession forever.
I give devise and bequeath the remainder of my property both real and personal unto Catherine Currie wife of Captain Alexander A. Currie of Pictou.
I direct that my niece Anna Louise Currie be paid the sum of One Hundred Dollars by my executors hereinafter named out of my personal property.
I nominate constitute and appoint the said Alexander A. Currie and William E. Dickson of Pictou, Barrister, Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this 23rd. day of December A.D.1897.

Signed sealed and executed by the said Testator in the presence of us, who in her presence and in the presence of each other, all being present at the same time, at her request have hereto affixed our names as witnesses. The said last Will and Testament being first read over and explained to the sad Testatrix.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Henrietta Lawlor late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 20th.day of April A.D. 1898.
