Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
In the name of God, Amen.
I William Polson of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Carpenter being of sound mind and memory do make declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament.
1st. I will give devise and bequeath to the Trustees of Riverside Cemetery the sum of Fifty Dollars the interest of said sum to be used yearly for the purpose of taking care of my lot in said Cemetery.
2rd. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of every kind whatsoever unto John Henry Fraser son of James Fraser (Downie), late of New Glasgow subject to payment of the foregoing bequest to said trustees.
I appoint Alexander Fraser Downie of said New Glasgow to be the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal at said New Glasgow and declare this to be my last Will and testament in the presence of the witnesses named below this twenty fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Polson late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Carpenter deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24th. day of April 1901.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 25th. day of April AD 1901.
