Estate of John Power late of Mount William, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Power of Mount William in the County of Pictou, Farmer.

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to which I shall die in any wise entitled, unto my beloved wife Jane Power Absolutely.

And I hereby appoint  my said wife Jane Power Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament.
 
In witness whereof I the Testator have hereto Set my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of July A.D. 1892.

Signed published and declared by the testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
