Estate of Robert D. Culton, late of Stellarton, Truckman, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Robert David Cuton being inform in body health, but of sound disposing mind and memory and fully conscious that all are once to die, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and testament.
First. I My body I commit to the dust and my Spirit to the God who gave it.
Second. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth the Homestead now occupied by me, with all household furniture Cooking utensils, together with all personal property consisting of Horses, Cattle, Carriages and farming implements, money & securities for money, all of which property without reserve, I bequeath to my beloved wife the same to be held by her absolutely in her own right and free from all encumbrances by any claim act to the same or any part thereof.
Third. I do order and decree that my funeral expenses together with my legal debts be paid by her out of my estate.
Fourth. I do order and direct that William McPherson and my wife Elizabeth be executor and executrix of this my said last Will and Testament.
Signed Sealed and declared before the undersigned witnesses who at my request witnessed the same, and in my presence and in the presence of each other said the same executed this 24 day of Nov. 1896.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert David Culton late of Stellarton in the County of Pictou, Truckman, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
