Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I John Paulin of West River Road in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Carpenter, declare this my Last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property and estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Margaret Paulin absolutely and forever.

And I appoint her the said Margaret Paulin sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former testamentary writings whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Signed by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Sealed and declared

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Paulin  late of West River Road in the County of Pictou Carpenter deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 8th. day of March AD 1911.
