No. 17  Held an Inquest on the 11th July 1859 at the house of M. John Ives Town of Pictou on view of the body of Mrs. Hester Hill then and there lying dead 

— Verdict —

That the said Hesther Hill came to the death on this 11th ay of July 1859 by falling from a window in the attic of John Ives house in the town of Pictou to the ground while labouring under a temporary aberation of mind
