Will of Stewart Patriquin, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the last Will and Testament of me Stewart Patriquin of Cape John in the County of Pictou, Farmer.
First, I direct that the sum of one dollar be paid by my executors out of my estate to my daughter Mary Ellen Patriquin at such time as she shall arrive at the age of twenty one years.
Second, I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of whatever nature and kind and description belonging to me or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death to my wife Nancy Patriquin to be sued and enjoyed by her during the time of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my son George William Patriquin his heirs and assigns forever.
And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Nancy Patriquin and Thomas R. Reatson Executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal subscribed and set this third day of January AD 1903

Signed, Sealed published and declared by the said Stewart Patriquin as his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, present at the same time who in his presence and at his request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Stewart Patriquin late of Cape John in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 30th. day of March AD 1905.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 30th. day of March AD 1905.
