Estate of John Chisholm, late of Glengary, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

To all whom it may Concern

I, John Chisholm of Glengary in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, in sound mind do make this my last Will and testament/as follows/

Bequeathing unto the Children of James A. Chisholm my son, and Janie Catharine Chisholm his wife, The Farm and Homestead upon which I now reside together with the Crop and Crops to have and to hold the same to them and their heirs and assigns forever.

And in the event of one of them or any dying the that is his share of the property shall become the property of those remaining.

And when the children shall become of age they shall individually and collectively give a Bond unto James A. Chisholm then or his or her father and unto Jane Catharine Chisholm their mother for their support as long as both or any of them shall live.

But in the event of the children dying before they become of age or before they have legal issue, the property shall revert to their mother Jane Catharine Chisholm the wife of my son James A. Chisholm.
