Will of Nicholas P. Olding, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Nickolas P. Olding of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, do hereby publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament at the same time revoking any wills by me heretofore made.
I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just debts the funeral expenses and the expenses attendant upon the settlement of m y estate.
I give and bequeath to my grandson Robert Mitchell the house and lot adjoining James McDonald’s property.
I direct my executors hereinafter named after my death to sell and dispose of my house and lot in which I now reside with all the outbuildings and all the furniture and utensils belonging to the same.
I give to my executors full power and lawful authority to dispose of said house and lands to give a valid deed or deeds thereof
I direct my executors after the said house and property to pay the following legacies –
Twenty dollars to the Aberdeen Hospital.
Forty dollars to Elizabeth Jane Copeland.
Fifty dollars to Catherine McQueen widow of Daniel McQueen and the remainder to the Trustees of the newly **Baptist Church.
I hereby nominate and appoint Michael C. Olding of Woodburn in the said County Farmer and Robert L. Olding of New Glasgow executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal subscribed and set this second day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Signed, Sealed and declared published by the said Nicholas P. Olding the testator as his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who at his request in his presence in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Nickolas P. Olding late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Gentleman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 15th. day of January 1902.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 15th. day of January 1902.
