Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I, Michael E. Olding of Merigomish in the County of Pictou, Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills heretofore by me at any time made.
I hereby appoint my wife Sarah Olding and my nephew Harry Cummings my executors to execute this my last Will , and I direct my said Executors first out of the proceeds of my estate to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses incurred in the settlement of my estate.
I devise and bequeath to my nephew Scott Olding all my interest in lands on Point Betty Island which I derived at and through the decease of my sister Mary Ann Olding to the said Scott Olding his heirs and assigns.
I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate, both real and personal, lands, tenements and hereditaments, furniture, ready money, securities for money, goods and chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my wife Sarah Olding her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to and for her and their own absolute use and benefit according to the nature and quality thereof respectively.
In the event of my wife Sarah Olding predeceasing me and I remain the survivor I hereby confirm the appointment of harry Cumming aforesaid to be my sole executor and I instruct him to carry out the provisions of this my Will as follows: -
I give and bequeath to my three grand children Nellie Cameron, Lizzie Fraser and John Fraser the sum of Fifty Dollars each, and the residue of my estate then remaining, after the payment of One hundred and fifty dollars to my grand children as aforementioned,
I give and bequeath to the trustees of the Presbyterian church at Merigomish expressly on condition that they deposit in some chartered bank or invest it in chartered bank stocks of known standing, Municipal, Town or City bonds or debentures, and the interest or income derived from such only shall be used as the church committee of management of said Presbyterian church shall determine as and for the best interests of said church from year to year.

I, John D. McLeod ,Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Michael E. Olding, late of Merigomish, in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 15th. day of June A.D., 1910
