Estate of Jane Olding late of Pine tree Gut, Spinster, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
Know all me by these present that I Jane Olding of Pine tree Gut, in the County of Pictou being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will & Testament as follows.
All my real and personal estate of which I shall die seized and possessed or of which I shall be entitled at the time of my death I devise bequeath and dispose of in the manner following,
First, my will is that all my just debts & funeral expenses shall by my executor hereinafter named by paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
Second – I give devise and bequeath to my nephew Edwin E. Olding son of Michael C. Olding and in the event of his death without heirs to George Arthur Olding his brother, all the real estate willed to me by my father John Olding.
Third, I give devise and bequeath to George Arthur Olding son of Michael C. Olding all my real estate situate in New Glasgow.
Fourth, I give devise and bequeath to to the Baptist Church in New Glasgow the sum of Three hundred dollars will to me by the late Howard Fullerton.
Fifth, I give, evise and bequeath to my sister Catherine wife of Dnnald McQueen the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars.
Sixth, I give and bequeath to my sister Ann the widow of the late George Roy the sum of Fifty dollars.
Seventh, I give and bequeath to each of my nieces Jane O. McQueen/ or to her mother in trust for her use and comfort/ Mrs. Carmichael McGregor, Mrs. Crowell, Mrs. John L. McQueen, and Mrs. Isaac McGillivray, the sum of Forty dollars.
Eighth, I also give and bequeath to Elizabeth Grant daughter of John Grant Little Harbour, a like sum of forty dollars.
Ninth, I give and bequeath to Harriet E. and Kate L. daughters of my brother Michael C. Olding the first two years rent of my house, and property in New Glasgow which I have herin bequeathed to my nephew George Arthur Olding.
Tenth, I give and bequeath to my brother Michael C. Olding my chamber set of furniture and mattress, also my parlor sofa and stuffed chairs.
Eleventh, I give and bequeath to Mrs. Isaac McGillivray, my niece my best set of china dishes and my brown set of chamber dishes.
Twelfth, I give in trust to my sister Mrs. Donald McQueen, and to Mrs. Michael c. Olding all the rest of my household furniture and household goods, of whatever description to be divided by tehm, according to instructi9ons given them by me, Among the following persons, to wit, Edwin E. Olding (my nephew), my four sisters, and Mrs. Michael C. Olding.
Thirteenth, I give and bequeath to the Baptist Foreign Mission Board for Bibles for the Telugas the sum of fifty dollars.
Fourteenth, I give and bequeath to the Baptist Home Mission the sum of Fifty dollars.
And Lastly I do nominate and appoint Michael C. Olding my Brother of Pine tree Gut in the County of Pictou, to be the Executor of this my last Will and testament.
In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal this sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty seven.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Jane Olding, late of Pine tree Gut in the County of Pictou, Spinister, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this second day of December A.D. 1889. A.D. 1883. 22nd. day of May 1911. 3rd.
