Will of Jacob Olding, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Jacob Olding of West Merigomish in the County of Pictou Farmer made this eighth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

I revoking all other wills or Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament.

I hereby nominate and appoint Wallace Copeland and my son John Olding both of Merigomish to be the executors of this my Will.

I direct that all my just debts funeral, and Testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my executors as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give and bequeath to my wife Isabell Olding all monies in the Bank or banks in my name for her sole use and benefit.

I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate both real and personal of whatever kind and wheresoever situate of which I may be possessed as follows

One half to my wife Isabell Olding and one half to my son John Olding

The half bequeathed to my wife being for use and maintenance during her life time only and at her death I give and bequeath the sae mot my son John Olding (excepting so much of the personal as used.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Jacob Olding late of West Merigomish in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 12th. day of February AD 1913.
