Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Thomas Russell O'Brien of Lyon's Brook in the County of Pictou Nova Scotia, do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me heretofore made.

First, I will that all my lawful debts be paid from my Estate.

Second, I will devise and bequeath to my wife Mary M. O'Brien all that is left from my Estate when the debts are paid to have and to hold the same to them her heirs and assigns forever.

Third, I hereby nominate constitute and appoint James Anthony Russell and Mary M. O'Brien Executors of this my last Will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and  Seal Subscribed and Set, this 10th. day of June, One thousand Eight hundred and ninety eight.

Signed Sealed and published and declared by the said Thomas Russell O'Brien as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other have  Subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Russell O'Brien, late of Lyon's Brook in the County of Pictou, Merchant, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this Second day of July A.D. 1898.
