Estate of John R. Noonan late of Pictou, Broker, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I John Russell Noonan of Pictou, in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Broker, Do make this my last Will and Testament, as follows, viz.
I give devise and bequeath unto my loving children William Hyacinth Noonan, and Emily Noonan, all and every part of my real and personal property, and also all the interest on such sum and sums of money which may be in my house or elsewhere, or which may be due or owing to me,
At the time of my decease, to be for their absolute use and benefit, and to share and share alike in the personal property, and to make divisions of the real estate when requires, in such manner and in such ways, as may be satisfactory to each of the abovenamed parties devised, Reserving the following viz. There shall be paid to my loving Sister Annie Cecilia Aitcheson out of the Estate, Fifty dollars, and to my loving nephew John Allan Noonan Twenty five dollars.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my son William Hyacinth Noonan to be my executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former or other Wills made by me at any time heretofore, and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I the said John Russell Noonan have to this my Will and Testament, Set my hand the thirty first day December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety five.

Signed Sealed and declared by the said Testator John Russell Noonan as for his last Will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request & in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page & part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Russell Noonan, late of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Broker, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 22nd. day of February A.D. 1896.
