Will of Alex W Nicholson, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Alexander W. Nicholson of Amherst in the County of Cumberland, Province of Nova Scotia, Methodist Minister, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate to my wife Lydia F. Nicholson to be held by her and to her use during the term of her natural life.

After the death of my said wife the said real and personal estate shall be divided between my two daughters Ella C. and Eda M. share and share alike, in the event of the death of either of my said daughters the surviving daughter shall inherit all.

I hereby appoint my said wife Lydia F. Nicholson and my son Frank W. Nicholson as executors of this my Will.

In witness whereof I the said Alexander W. Nicholson have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of January in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and one.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander W. Nicholson late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Methodist Minister deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the third  day of August 1903.

Witness my hand at Pictou this third  day of August 1903.
