Will of Robert Nelms, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Nelms of Westville  in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Miner.

I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall die in any wise entitled unto my wife Miriam Nelms to be hers during the term of her natural life.

At the death of my said wife, any property which she my said wife shall have I hereby give and devise the same to my daughter Eliza Kenderick absolutely.

I hereby nominate and appoint J. F. Oliver and Herbert Nelms executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the Testator have hereunto set my hand this 3rd. day of October AD 1905.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert Nelms late of Westville in the County of Pictou Miner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 21st.  day of August AD 1906.
