Held and Inquest this day on view of the Body of Henry Wier drowned at Browns Point 

— Verdict —

No. 15 That the said Henry Wier was on the evening of Friday the Seventeenth day of December instant found drowned and suffocated in the Harbour of Pictou, by accidentally falling through the ice near Browns Point in said Harbour

No. 16 Also an Inquest on view of the body of John Joseph Kennickell drowned with the above Henry Weir

That the said John Joseph Kennickell was in the evening of Friday the seventeenth day of December instant found drowned and suffocated with Harbour of Pictou by accidentally falling through ice near Browns Point in said Harbour
