Will of William B. Murray, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I William B. Murray of Barney's River in the County of Pictou, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore  at any time by me made.

I give devise and bequeath to my sister Margaret Jane wife of Allan McPhie all my interest in the farmhouse at Barney's River formerly owned by my father the late David Murray and all other real personal or mixed property of whatever kind, now owned by me at the present time.

I nominate and appoint Allan McPhie to be the Sole executor of this my Will.

 I direct that my Executors and Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of June one thousand nine hundred and seven.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said William B. Murray as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William B. Murray late of Barney's River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 24th.  day of June AD 1907.
