Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me John W. Murray of Westville in the County of Pictou, Merchant.

 I bequeath to my daughters Mary Jane Murray and Agnes C. Murray Two hundred shares of stock in Great Northern Mining Company.

I bequeath to my son James W. Murray all my stock in the Ohisbo Rubber plantation Company on condition that he pay all instalments due or accruing due after my decease in said stock.

I bequeath to my son James W. Murray all the stock, goods, wares and merchandise in the shop or store I now occupy as well as all book debts, horses, waggons, harness, sleighs and fittings subject to any debts I may owe to merchants on accounts of said stock of goods, wares and merchandise.

I devise to my wife Ellenor J. Murray during her lifetime or until she marry all my real estate wheresoever situate to her use and in the event of her death or marriage that I devise the shop and building with the premises I now occupy to my son James W. Murray his heirs and assigns forever,

And to my two daughters before mentioned I devise the building and lot situate on the corner of Ballaret and South Main Street, Westville, N.S.

The building and lot on Pervis Avenue, Westville, N.S., I devise to my son David N. Murray,

And my farm at Pleasant Valley in the County of Pictou I devise to my son Rupert W. Murray, all of which said devises at the death or marriage of my said wife shall rest in the said legatees absolutely their heirs and assigns forever.

I nominate and affirm my said wife Ellenor J. Murray and my son David N. Murray to be the executrix and executor of this my said last Will.

In Witness Whereof I have hereto set my hand  this Fourth day of February A.D., 1910 at Westville aforesaid.

I John D. McLeod of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John W. Murray Late of Westville, in said County of Pictou, Merchant, deceased, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in said Court on the 13th. day of September AD 1910.
