Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
In the name of God, Amen.
I John Murray of Plymouth in the County of Pictou, Farmer, being of sound mind and memory do make declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament.
I will give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of every kind whatsoever unto my son James A. Murray subject to the maintenance of my beloved wife Catherine Murray in a manner usual and befitting to personas in her station and rank in life and to her residence in the homestead during her natural life with the privilege if she should so desire of selecting any three rooms in said homestead for her own personal use .
I appoint my wife Catherine Murray my son James A. Murray and Alexander 'Down" Fraser in said County to be executrix and executors of this my last Will & Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal and devise this to be my last Will & Testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below this twenty fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Murray late of Plymouth in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 9th. day of October 1905.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 9th. day of October 1905.
