Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Isaac Murray of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou. Doctor of Divinity.

I direct that my Executors and Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses.

I give devise and bequeath all my real estate of whatever description and wheresoever situate and also my leasehold and other personal estate, property, and effects Whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of Jane McKenna Murray her heirs Executors administrators and assigns. absolutely

I do hereby appoint my wife the said Jane McKenna Murray and my two daughters Annie M. Murray and Bessie J. Murray Executrixes  of this my said last Will and revoking hereby all other and former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and  Seal this Tenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Isaac Murray late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Doctor of Divinity deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th.  day of December AD 1906.
