Will of Daniel Murray, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the last Will and Testament of me Daniel Murray of Pleasant Valley in the County of Pictou, Farmer. I hereby revoking all former wills.
I direct all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expense to be paid and satisfied by my executors and Executrix hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I devise and bequeath to my son James Wm. Murray the farm and premises of which I reside at Pleasant Valley aforesaid, as well as all my household furniture and effects livestock implements of every kind and description situate on my said farm subject however to the care and maintenance of my wife Jemina Murray and my father John Murray during their lives or so long s they reside on my said farm and i direct that the care and maintenance of my said wife and father shall be a lien on my said farm.
I devise my two properties situate on Park and Hayden Streets in the Town of Westville in said County unto my son John Dan Murray but I direct my executors hereinafter named to collect all rents from said last mentioned properties and devote the proceeds therefrom to the care of said properties and the maintenance of my family until my son John Dan shall attain the age of twenty one years when he shall take full charge of said properties to his own and absolute use forever.
I bequeath all monies I may have in the Bank or ** unto my two daughters Eva and Annie Murray but I direct my executors and Trustees to place the same in some chartered Bank to be paid by them to my said daughters in equal shares on their obtaining the age of twenty one years or at their marriage if married before attaining the age of twenty one years.
I nominate and appoint John W. Murray of Westville in said County Merchant and Simon McLeod Jr. of Pleasant Valley aforesaid Farmer to be the executors and Trustees of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this 15th. day of June AD 1907 at Pleasant Valley aforesaid.

Signed published and declared by the Testator Daniel Murray as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses being first read over and fully explained to the Testator who appeared fully to understand the same.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Murray late of Pleasant Valley in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 25th. day of June AD 1907.
