Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
Merigomish. County of Pictou
Nova Scotia 14th. April 1898
That I Abigail Murray of Lower Barney's River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia and Dominion of Canada make this as my Last Will and Testament, that is to say
First - I do hereby order will and devise unto and to my son Andrew Wallace Murray all and singular the real estate by the last will of my husband late Walter Murray of said Lower Barney's River in said County as expressed and set forth and described in his will bearing date the tenth day AD 1872 of December one thousand eight hundred and Seventy two and all the buildings and erections thereon subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth and expressed.
Second - I hereby order and give to my daughter Claudia* Murray the full right to Household and enjoy to her own use benefit and behoof (so long as she remains unmarried) and she shall require the same that is to say, Her Parlor on the floor of the Dwelling House as already provided and the furniture therein also the bedroom over the kitchen in the main House, with bedstead and bedding and furniture, also the said Claudia* shall have provided to her use and benefit proper and suitable Board and clothing in the like conditions and State as she the said Claudia* has been maintained in while living with m her mother, and in sickness medical attendance of a Doctor with proper nursing and attendance also after death decent Christian burial all of which shall be provided for and done by the said Andrew Wallace Murray or his heirs or assigns in good faith.
The said Andrew Wallace Murray shall keep and support on the farm with proper nourishment and shelter one cow and three sheep yearly and every year to the sole use and benefit of the said Claudia who shall have the sole disposal of the proceeds thereof also if the said Claudia* shall while she remains unmarried have good cause to live separate from the said Andrew Wallace Murray she the said Claudia* shall have right to take her bedstead bed and bedding and Furniture for her use and benefit in her separate residence so long as she shall require the same thereafter to revert to the said Andrew Wallace Murray.
Third, my executors hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and shall procure and erect a suitable Headstone at the grave of said Walter Murray and myself after my body is interred as I desire it shall be along side the remains of my said husband.
I do hereby name constitute and appoint my son Andrew Wallace Murray my executor of this my Will and I declare this as my sole Will and Testament witnesses by my name hereunto signed and my seal affixed the day and year herein above written in the presence of persons witnesses hereto who in my presence and in the presence of each other do hereunto their names each subscribe.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Abigail Murray late of Lower Barney's River in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 6th. day of May 1902.
