Will of Wm Munro, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
This is the last Will and Testament of me William Munro of Westville, in the County of Pictou, Yeoman.
I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint my son John G. Munro, of Middle River in Pictou County and William McInnes of Westville in Pictou County to be my Executors of this my Will.
I will and direct that my said Executors shall first pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
I give and devise all the homestead on which I now reside, situate on Church Street in the said Town of Westville, to my wife Catherine Munro for the term of her natural life, and at her death this said property to be the property of my son Albert E. Munro and Bessie Munro, and Sarah Munro, my Daughters in equal shares.
I give and devise to my Daughter Sarah Munro the sum of Five hundred dollars.
I give and devise to my Daughter Bessie Munro the sum of Five hundred dollars.
I give and devise to my son John G. Munro the sum of Two hundred dollars.
I give and devise to my son Albert E. Munro the sum of Two hundred dollars.
I give and devise to William Hugh McNaughton and to Daniel W. McNaughton fifty dollars each.
I give and devise to my son Charles Munro the sum of One hundred dollars.
I give and devise to Maud McDonald and Alexander McDonald (children of my Daughter Mrs. Sophia McDonald now deceased) the sum of one hundred dollars each.
I give and devise the residue of my property if any, to my wife Catherine Munro.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty fifth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve.

Signed, Sealed and acknowledged by the said William Munro as his last Will in the presence of us, present at the same time, who, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Munro late of Westville in the County of Pictou Yeoman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 21st. day of May AD 1913.
