Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and testament of me William Munro of Lower Sutherland’s River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer.

1St. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Christy Munro, the homestead farm on which I now reside at Sutherland’s River with all the stock farming utensils, household furniture and utensils and all the rest and residue of my personal property of every kind and nature for her own use forever after.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Christy Munro all monies J have in the Dominion Gov. Saving Bank for her own use.

3rd. I order and appoint my Beloved wife before mentioned and James grant J.P. of West Merigomish Both my Executors of this my last Will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses names below this the 24th. day of September A.D. 1894.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Munro, late of Lower Sutherland’s River in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 26th. day of November A.D. 1894.
