Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
The last Will and Testament of Mary Munro of Bay View in the County of Pictou, Widow.
I give and devise all my real estate to my son Duncan Munro for his life and at his death to my grandson John Munro (son of said Duncan Munro) and his heirs absolutely.
I give all my personal property to my son Duncan Munro.
I revoke all other wills by me made.
I appoint said Duncan Munro executors of this Will.
Witness my hand this second day of November AD 1898.

The foregoing last Will and Testament was read over and explained to the testatrix Mary Munro in our presence and she seemed perfectly to understand the same and the same was signed and published by her directing her name to be signed thereto and her name was signed thereto in her presence and in our presence and she made her mark in our presence and we at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary Munro late of Bay View in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd. day of July AD 1909.
