Will of Donald Munro, deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I Donald Munro at present of Thorburn in the County of Pictou formerly of moose River is said County Farmer do hereby make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament at the same time revoking any will by me at any time heretofore made.

I direct that my executor hereinafter named as soon as possible after my decease to pay all my just debts personal and other expenses and the expenses attendant upon the settlement of my estate.

I give devise and bequeath to my son John C. Munro all my real and personal property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate and

I nominate and appoint my said son as executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto to this my last Will and Testament my hand and Seal subscribed and set at Pictou, in the County of Pictou, this sixth day of October AD 1896.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Munro late of Thorburn in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 18th. day of April AD 1900.
