The Last Will and Testament of Daniel Munro

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

I, Daniel Munro of Central Carriboo in the County of Pictou make and declare this my Last Will and Testament.

I give, devise and bequeath to my sister Mrs. Edward McKenzie of Spring Hill, Nova Scotia, One hundred dollars.

I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew Kenneth McKenzie of Halifax the western one (word inserted) half of my farm at Central Carriboo.

I give, devise and bequeath my sister Jessie the Eastern one half of my said farm that is, the part on which the buildings are situated: also all the residue of my real and personal property of every kind and description.

I do hereby nominate and appoint my said sister Jessie to be my executrix.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one nineteen hundred and twelve.

McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Munro late of Central Carriboo in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the Eighteenth day of October A.D., 1913.
