Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the Last Will and Testament of James Muir of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou

First - I direct that my funeral expenses and debts shall be paid.

Second - I give devise and bequeath to Francis Henry Drake of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Manufacturer and Margaret Drake his wife all my real and personal property of every nature and kind whatsoever and wheresoever to be theirs in equal shares absolutely.

It is my will and direction that they shall not give any part whatever of my estate to any of the children of my deceased wife and I direct my executors hereinafter named upon handing over any part of my estate to said Francis Henry Drake and Margaret Drake to get an assurance satisfying to themselves that my directions on this behalf shall be observed.

I appoint Alexander McDonald of New Glasgow Flagman and Robert H. Graham of said New Glasgow Barrister executors of this my Will.

In witness whereof I the said James Muir the testator have to this my last will set my hand and seal this first day of December AD 1906.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James Muir late of New Glasgow in said County deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 14th. day of December AD 1906.
