Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

This is the last Will and Testament of me Alexander Muir of Westville in the County of Pictou, Miner

My will is first that my just debts and any funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter appointed also that my said executors will place a monument to cost not less that thirty dollars on my lot in St. Philips cemetery with a *t ying suitable inscription lettered thereon to mark my last resting place

And the residue and remainder of my real and personal property which shall not be required for such purpose I give devise and bequeath as follows,

I give and bequeath to my son John F. Muir all the real and personal property to which I shall die in any wise entitled absolutely.

I desire that my said son shall support my wife his mother on my farm at Foxbrook in the same way and enjoying the same comfortable living that she had always been used to which I shared with her.

I also desire that my said son will give my children who are now minors a living along with their mother as long as they shall require the same but said living to cease when said children have arrived at the age of maturity.

I appoint my said son John F. Muir my brother Michael Muir Merchant and my friend John F. Oliver Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand this 17th. day of July 1902.
