Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
In the name of God, Amen.
I George Morrison of Waterside in the County of Pictou, Farmer do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
I will and direct that all my just and lawful debts (if any) be paid and my funeral expenses be defrayed by my executors hereinafter to be named out of the proceeds of my estate.
I give to my beloved wife Catherine during her lifetime one half of the house in which I now reside also a comfortable and independent living provided by my son George together with proper case and attendance in health and sickness and also a sufficient amount fuel to supply one fire at all times when necessary.
I give devise and bequeath to my son George his heirs and assigns all the farm lot on which I now reside together with the appurtenances to hold the same in fee Simple forever.
Finally, I nominate and appoint my beloved wife Catherine executor and my son George executors of this my last Will and Testament and I hereby revoke all former wills and Testaments heretofore by me made and executed.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my Seal this day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six..

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of George Morrison late of Waterside in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the second day of May AD 1910.
Witness my hand at Pictou this second day of May AD 1910.
