Will of Malcolm Morrison, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Malcolm Morrison of Pictou in the County of Pictou Laborer, do make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills or testamentary documents by me at any time heretofore made.
I appoint my wife Jane R. Morrison and my son Kenneth M. Morrison executrix and executor respectively of this my Will and I appoint my said wife during her life and after her death my said son Kenneth M. Morrison to be the Guardian of my infant son William H. Morrison.
I will and direct that my infant son William H. Morrison shall have household maintenance with his mother and in case of her death with my said son Kenneth M. Morrison living his minority out until he shall arrive at the full age of twenty one years.
Subject to the maintenance of my said son William H. Morrison as here before provided I will devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of whatsoever value kind and wheresoever situate after the payment of all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses to my said wife for her life and after her death I will devise and bequeath the same to my son Kenneth M. Morrison absolutely.
I hereby give my said executors power to sell mortgage lease or ** dispose of my real estate in case they deem it excellent to do so.

Signed published and declared by the above named Malcolm Morrison Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the same having been at first read over and explained to the testator who made his signature thereto by his mark.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Malcolm Morrison late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Labourer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 11th. day of March 1908.
