Estate of Ann Morrill late of River John, Married Woman, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and testament of Ann Morrill of River John in the County of Pictou, Married Woman wife of William Morrill also of River John aforesaid, Farmer.
I Ann Morrill of River John in the County of Pictou, Married Woman, the wife of William Morrill of River John aforesaid, do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament
I give and bequeath all my real and personal property at present belonging to me, and situate at River John aforesaid in the County of Pictou aforesaid to my beloved husband, William Morrill for his use during his lifetime provided he should survive me, without power of disposing of the same, and upon his death to my beloved daughter Lucy Jane Morrill her heirs and assigns forever.
It is my wish and desire that my said daughter, Lucy Jane Morrill should provide a home for my son Richard Joseph Morrill provide he should return home and should need one, and also that my said daughter shall always assist if it is in her power, any of my other children who may need either home or help.
I hereby appoint my brother Caleb Priest of Carriboo in the County of Pictou, Farmer, and Edward M. Macdonald of Pictou, Barrister at Law, Executors of this my last Will and testament at the same time revoking all former and other wills, Codicils, testamentary dispositions and appointments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I the said Ann Morrill the testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this and the preceding sheet of paper Set my hand and Seal this ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ninety one.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Ann Morrill, late of River John in the County of Pictou, Married Woman, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 3rd.day of May A.D. 1897.
